MOON AND ARIES is a transatlantic music duo (Jordana Moon 
from Kelowna / Canada & Tom Aries from Cologne / Germany) 
creating cinematic, emotionally immersive soundscapes that 
blend trip-hop, indie, and atmospheric electronic music.

Working across continents, the duo 
writes, performs, and produces all music themselves - combining original songwriting, organic 
instrumentation, and detailed production, with no AI-generated music, vocals or lyrics. 
 

Their evolving sound has become a form of Electronic Cinematic Soul - music created less 
around genre boundaries than around atmosphere, emotion and storytelling. Rooted in themes 
of transformation, presence, and inner landscapes, Moon and Aries create music that feels 
both deeply personal and highly adaptable for visual storytelling. 
Their work unfolds like scenes - emotionally attuned, and guided by restraint rather than trend

- making it particularly suited for film, television, video games, and narrative-driven media.

They also collaborate with select guest musicians, including Peter J. Mitchell (guitar), Zara Hudzon-Kozdoj (cello) and Hanna Marchand (saxophone), further enriching their organic and human-centered sound.

SELECTED PLACEMENT 
“Losing Control” was featured as the closing track in the Canadian independent documentary 
"What They Don’t Hear", accompanying the film’s final scene. The production is currently being 
submitted to festival competitions..
